Delivery & Returns

Unwanted Gifts

We are happy to accept returns of unwanted gifts, as long as the item is unused and is in the original packaging and condition. You can return the items within 14 days of the order date, and the return postage is paid by the buyer.

We are unfortunately unable to provide refunds for any items that have been personalised, so please be mindful that there are no spelling mistakes when placing an order.

Damaged On Arrival

If you find that your gift is damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will get back to you, to arrange either a full refund, or an exchange.

Faulty Items

We do check all orders before that are despatched, but mistakes can happen. If you have a fault with your item, please contact us with your order number and a description and photos of the fault.


The delivery dates provided are only an estimate, and can depend of range of factors out of out control. After your order has been despatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link. 

Most deliveries are received in 3-5 working days, but at busy times such as Christmas these can be longer due to courier delays.

If you have still not received your delivery after 7 days, then please contact us with your order number and we can take a look at your order for you.

Sure, when placing your order just put the recipients address as the delivery address. Please make sure that the billing address matches the address holders card for the payment you are using. 

You can also add a gift message to your order, which will be printed on the packing note inside the delivery. The price of the item will not be displayed on the packing note.
