Delivery

Despatch Times

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day from the date of you payment clearing, although because every product is made to order these times can sometimes be longer. 

We will keep you updated throughout your order progress, most orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd class as standard and will usually arrive to you in 2-3 days.

Other delivery options such as next day delivery is available for an extra charge, this can be selected at the checkout stage.

 

Delivery Charges

Orders over £30.00 are eligible for free UK mainland delivery, this is normally using Royal Mail 2nd class. Next day delivery can also be selected at the checkout for an extra fee.

Delivery fees vary depending on the weight of your order, the final delivery fee will be calculated after adding your products to the basket and entering your address.

We also provide a free click and collect service from our address in Bristol, this can also be chosen at the checkout page if required and you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

 

Damaged or Missing Delivery

In the unlikely event of your order being damaged on arrival or any delivery issues, please contact us by either email at sales@personalisedink.com or using live chat along with a photo of the damaged product and we will see what we can do.

Returns

Due to each product being made to order for you unfortunately we can only accept returns if the product is damaged. If your product is faulty please contact us at sales@personalisedink.com or using live chat.
